Purpose

The purpose of this blog is to keep everyone updated as I prepare to head to Africa. I will also try to update this if at all possible once I am in Africa. As I learn more details and as paperwork goes though I will keep this updated so everyone will know where I am at in the process. I will try to update this every week.

Prayer Requests and Praises

~For the approval of my Kenyan Special Pass (short term work permit).
~For wisdon and guidance from God as to His will if my work permit is not approved.
~For a lasting and peaceful political solution to the election problems.
~For boldness and courage for the Kenyan church in their current situation.
~For continued stability and safety in Kenya.
~Thank God for His amazing provision in supplying all of the money!
~That I will be a spiritual blessing and encouragement to the missionaries I will be meeting and visiting.
~Clear and efficient communication with the Kenyan nationals in the shop.
~That God will provide guidance as to my calling into full time missions work.
~For my health during the trip.
~Safety while traveling to/from Kenya and while in Kenya.
~My attitude and focus leading up to the trip.
